ENROLLMENT + TUITION

HOURS OF OPERATION

We are open from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

The school day runs from 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM.

We offer early morning (8:00-8:30 AM) and afternoon (3:30 - 5:00 PM) extended care. 

Drop-in hours are for enrolled children and only accommodated when space is available and approved.

TUITION

We offer full-day, part-time schedules based on availability, at a minimum of 3 days per week. We do not offer half-day schedules.  We provide 1% organic milk, tea, and water daily along with two organic snacks daily.  Parents provide a nutritious lunch according to USDA guidelines.

Attendance during July is optional.  July's tuition will be charged by the week and in advance.

​Enrollment is open to any child, regardless of ability, race, color, and religious affiliation, provided Concordia Montessori can meet the needs of that child. We are dedicated to working with families on an individual basis.

FEES + DEPOSITS

REGISTRATION DEPOSIT
Upon acceptance to the program, a non-refundable, one-time registration deposit equivalent to one month's tuition is due. Deposits may be applied to the last month of tuition, provided the appropriate notice is given.

90 DAY WITHDRAWAL NOTICE
We require 90 days' notice to reduce enrollment or withdraw entirely. Requests for increased enrollment may be implemented as soon as space is available.

LATE FEES
Scheduled supplemental care will be billed at a rate of $8.50 per half hour. Unscheduled supplemental care will be billed at $10.00 per half hour. After a 5 minute grace-period for the last pick up of the day, a late fee of $1 per minute will be charged for all late pick-ups.

VOLUNTEER EXPECTATION 
Parent volunteerism is critical to the success of our school, both physically and in building a sense of community. Every family is expected to contribute their talents and time to community or classroom endeavors with a minimum of 6 hours (12 hours if more than one child is enrolled) per family. A per-hour payment of $15/hour is charged at the end of the school year for families who have not reached this minimum level. The school makes every effort to connect families to volunteer work that fits their interests and abilities, and our goal is that no one uses the payment option.
